ANY WARRANTY ON VANITIES WILL ONLY BE HONOURED WHEN INSTALLED BY A LICENSED QBCC BUILDER. RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY WARRANTY REQUEST.

Procedure for Vanity Warranty Claims.

Precero will send a representative to inspect the product, only after an invoice has been raised and a $220 service fee has been charged and paid.
The service charge will be refunded in full if the issue is deemed to be a warranty claim and the warranty will be carried out.
If it is deemed not to be a warranty issue the charge will stand, and no refund will be issued.
