Warranties

Precero is committed to giving our customers the best warranties and customer service. Please refer to the table below for details on warranties across our range of quality products.

Effective immediately across all Precero product ranges, for both Residential and Commercial markets. New warranty periods apply to all Precero products purchased on or after 1 October 2024.

All products must be installed by licensed trades people for warranty claims. All builders and builders licences must be supplied in order to receive any warranty claim.

Mixers/Tapware

20 years replacement warranty on finishes, 5 years on cartridge, 12 months on seals

Showers

20 years replacement warranty on parts, 5 years labour, 12 months on seals

Accessories

20 years warranty on finishes, 12 months on labour

Toilets and Basins

20 years replacement warranty, 2 years on labour on vitreous china, 2 years on perishables, 5 years replacement on toilet seats *excluding loose hinges

Baths

20 years replacement only warranty

Glass Panels & Bath Screens

15 years warranty on glass, must be installed by a qualified glazier.

Sinks

15 years replacement only warranty, 12 months labour

Laundry Units

20 years replacement on laundry stainless steel bowls, laundry units 10 Years, Components: basket waste, hinges and rods 1 year replacement warranty

Waterproof Vanities

20 years replacement only warranty on cabinetry 15 years replacement warranty on vitreous china tops

Vanities

5 years replacement warranty on cabinetry for residential and 1 year for commercial (excluding water damage)

Tops

15 years replacement warranty on all tops

Vanities

ANY WARRANTY ON VANITIES WILL ONLY BE HONOURED WHEN INSTALLED BY A LICENSED QBCC BUILDER. RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY WARRANTY REQUEST.  

Procedure for Vanity Warranty Claims.

  1. Precero will send a representative to inspect the product, only after an invoice has been raised and a $220 service fee has been charged and paid.
  2. The service charge will be refunded in full if the issue is deemed to be a warranty claim and the warranty will be carried out.
  3. If it is deemed not to be a warranty issue the charge will stand, and no refund will be issued.
